About us

My name is Carmel Brennan and I am an Executive Coach. With a degree and masters in HR I have over 20 years’ experience as a HR professional in semi-conductor, sporting and fin-tech organisations. For over 9 years I combined my role in HR management with that of internal coach, coaching senior leaders in a high performing fin-tech organisation.

I set up Brennan Coaching and Development with the view to supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. I have seen from my clients, that working with a coach can be a transformative experience. I have witnessed my clients envisioning their future goals, identifying what is holding them back, taking actions to move forward. The results? My clients are stronger, more confident and empowered leaders; achieve a better work life balance; manage and embrace change; achieve an inner peace that allows them to show up every day as their authentic selves.   

I am passionate about working with leaders to support them in addressing the challenges they face. I first experienced coaching in 2011 when I felt stuck in my career and unsure how to resolve it. Coaching provided me with space to explore my goals and aspirations, my coach acted as my thinking partner, she supported and challenged me. She provided me with the space to realise my way forward. It was a powerful experience and one that inspired me to engage in my coach training programmes.
