
Leadership Coaching
Leadership can be a lonely place. You are expected to have an entrepreneurial vision and drive the organisation to achieve future goals; you are expected to be a manager, understanding and meeting the needs of your customers, your employees, your business partners; you are expected to be an expert in your field, after all, if you are not, who are you to lead? Unquestionably, leadership coaching is one of the most powerful tools you can engage in to support you in meeting these challenges head on.
Understanding Coaching
The purpose of coaching is to help you define for yourself what you want, become aware of previously unknown choices and options, develop appropriate strategies and move towards these outcomes. Coaching is forward looking and goal orientated. The underlying assumption in coaching, is that you have all the resources necessary to achieve these outcomes.
As a coach, my focus is on helping leaders achieve the outstanding performance they are truly capable of. My role is to partner with clients in pursuit of their goals. I will support clients in making sense of their world by offering, as relevant, approaches from Transactional Analysis, NLP, Positive Intelligence (PQ®), 360 feedback, DiSC personality profiling, change management tools and many other tools or frameworks. I have seen how such techniques, tools or frameworks can provide an opportunity for leaders to view challenges through a different lens allowing them to identify a clear way forward. Through the process of coaching, my clients deepen their learning about themselves and their environment, improve their performance and enhance their quality of life.
I am experienced in supporting leaders in hugely demanding roles. They are responsible for achieving ambitious financial targets or overcoming complex technical challenges, operating in enormously competitive markets, dealing with a large number of demanding stakeholders, in charge of directing the work of large teams of highly skilled and ambitious employees, tasked with making high risk decisions quickly with limited information at hand. And they do all this while maintaining an open and collaborative culture of trust and high performance. My approach in working with leaders is to firstly, understand specifically what they want to accomplish, then define the indicators for measuring progress towards that outcome, while all the time keeping front of mind what is meaningful about that accomplishment; i.e. what is the value to them and the organisation.

They have commented on my ability to build a trusting relationship which allows them to open up, develop self-awareness, be comfortable in sharing vulnerabilities, recognise blind spots and be open to learning on a deeper level. Leadership Coaching Programme
This leadership coaching programme is designed to support leaders to achieve their goals. Here is a high-level outline of the process:

A chemistry call allows us to meet with one another and explore more what coaching is and what the programme involves. You will be asked to fill in a pre-coaching reflection form to help us to identify the key areas of focus.

In this session we will explore in great detail the goal(s) you wish to achieve.

We will engage in four coaching sessions focusing on achieving your goals.

We will reflect on progress made during the coaching programme, identify key learnings and future action points.
